At Happy Dog UK, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy, you can return any unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are secure for transit.

  Ship to Happy Dog UK

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal or use your own preferred courier to send the package to our warehouse address.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
